Plumtree 

Plumtree is a not-for-profit organisation that helps families thrive. Trusted for over 30 years, we provide support for children aged birth to eight years with a disability or developmental delay and their families to have a full life in the community. We draw on the diverse expertise of our staff, including parent-peer workers, to provide tailored support such as education, therapy, information, and training. Our innovations include the award-winning Now & Next, a by families for families program, which helps parents develop a vision and skills to achieve positive outcomes for their child and family. We also proudly pioneer new ways to include families and parent peer workers in research and other projects to change lives and build better inclusive communities. Three projects currently funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services are Community and Me, Libraries as Community Connectors, and Parents as Peer Leaders. 



Telethon Kids Institute

Telethon Kids Institute’s Inklings is a program to support babies aged 6-18 months who are showing early differences in their social interaction and communication development. Backed by decades of research, Inklings uses short videos of a caregiver interacting with their baby to help them to better understand the different ways that their baby communicates.



Xavier

Throughout Queensland, Xavier is the Peak Body for children with developmental delay and a member of the Queensland Disability Peak and Representative Body Program.  Xavier helps the families of children who experience developmental delay and their service providers with access to resources, information, support and referrals to enable early intervention for improved outcomes.

Xavier has a long history supporting children and young people with complex disability and related health needs throughout Brisbane. Their range of multi-disciplinary services are designed to help children and young people to live the best lives possible with their family. Their specialist services include:

-        art therapy
