Information you provide in this Registration Form, and at any other time during the Meeting will be collected and stored by the Organisers to:

• register your attendance at the Meeting;
• assist with administrative and planning purposes;
• facilitate your requirements in relation to the Meeting ; and
• allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Meeting.

If you do not give consent for your details to be held for the above purposes, you cannot register for the Meeting and you will be redirected to the Meeting website. If this is the case, please contact the Data Control Officer noted below to discuss your concerns..

We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration for the event. Your data will be shared with other organisations and third parties in order to process your registration. These will include:

• The hotel you choose to place a reservation with
• Meeting sponsors (please note that you have the opportunity to opt out of allowing your information to be shared with sponsors during the registration process)

• Meeting venue (should you have a dietary or special requirement)

Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

The Meeting will produce a delegate list to be made available during the Meeting and may be provided to third parties such as sponsors.

If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymised” record for reporting reasons.

Student/Concession

Student Registration - To be eligible for the student registration rate, you must be enrolled on a full-time basis, studying either as a Medical Student or an undergraduate degree. Proof of student enrolment is required at the time of registering.

Trainee Registration is intended for medical and surgical people who do not yet have their specialist qualifications.

Scientific Registration is intended for those people in full time research positions and not in clinical practice, alongside full time Higher Degree students, i.e., MPhil and PhD.  For clarification, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception is the first social event for the conference and it is included with all full delegate registrations. The Reception will be held in the Meeting exhibition area and will be the ultimate event for delegates to meet up following the first day the program to de-brief, share ideas and meet new fellow industry colleagues.
